okay - it's 4:21 pm and the bishop is now 1 hour 21 minutes tardy. the wind has picked up and a menacing cloud bank is on the horizon. the people have begun to nap. i'm just making the rounds and trying to keep everyone upbeat. i'm doubting that Mass will start on time, since we're 1.5 hours late starting the meeting, but at least this will shorten the meeting time some...
