right before i left the states i ordered an hp color laser jet 4500 from ebay - the knucklehead who sent it to me included all the toner cartridges except for the black one - you've got to be kidding me: i buy the thing, ship it to ola, throw it in a container, ship it down, get it through customs, set it up, and it has no black ink - oh brother. i'm hoping they have one in santo domingo...however, since i have a mac, i just plugged the hp 880c that is in the office to my titanium via usb and was immediately printing - no drivers, no disks, no "wizards" - just pure macintosh magic - hit print and it works...try that on your windows pc...
