well, who would have thought that a small tropical storm could do so much damage? they country is currently without electricity and we here in the south are without access to the capital. that's correct, a bridge went out in baní and no one can get out to any other the major cities here in the entire southern region. so, it looks like fuel will be in scarce supply until they find a way around the problem. who knows when electricity will be restored, but it could be a while with over 400 poles down...
